We’re beginner-friendly We’re a relaxed and un-pretentious school with an inclusive community. We remember what it was like to be a beginner, and we’ll welcome you to our class regardless of your skill level. We don’t just focus on comedy Don’t get us wrong - you’ll have plenty of laughs in our class. But we don’t just focus on improv comedy, as this can make students feel under pressure to rush and be funny. Instead, we teach you to work together and explore your creativity. This is ultimately what creates memorable moments of hilarity and drama. |
Get some improv in your life. Our drop-in classes are held every weekly. Our drop-in classes are nice ‘n flexible. There’s no obligation to do more – try it once and never look back, or come every week if you want to.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for registration. The less admin we have to do, the more time we have to play.
What happens in the classes?
The classes are made up of fun warm-ups, acting exercises and guided improv scenes. You’ll discover the ‘rules’ of improv and feel what it’s like to be part of a scene. You’ll also have a lot of laughs along the way.
If you’re new to improv, you’ll find our classes welcoming and relaxed. Improv is about teamwork and making your co-actors look good, so we encourage everyone to support each other. There is no pressure to be funny or be a skilled performer.
